नेहरू सहकार भवन में आयोजित समारोह में पोर्टल की शुरूआत करते हुये दक ने कहा कि देश में पहली बार राजस्थान प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में निवासरत गोपालक किसान परिवार को एक लाख रुपये तक का अल्पकालीन ब्याज मुक्त ऋण एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिये उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
Launching the portal at a function organized at Nehru Sahakar Bhawan, DC said that for the first time in the country, short-term interest-free loan of up to Rs 1 lakh will be made available to cattle-farmer families living in rural areas of Rajasthan state for a period of one year.
सहकारिता राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) गौतम कुमार दक ने बुधवार को कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में किसानों और पशुपालकों की समृद्धि और कल्याण के लिये कृतसंकल्प है और इसी सोच को साकार करने के लिये राजस्थान सहकारी गोपाल क्रेडिट कार्ड ऋण योजना पोर्टल की शुरूआत की गई है।
Minister of State for Cooperation (Independent Charge) Gautam Kumar Dak said on Wednesday that the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is committed to the prosperity and welfare of farmers and cattle rearers and to realize this thought, Rajasthan Cooperative Gopal Credit Card Loan Scheme Portal has been started.
नेहरू सहकार भवन में आयोजित समारोह में पोर्टल की शुरूआत करते हुये दक ने कहा कि देश में पहली बार राजस्थान प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में निवासरत गोपालक किसान परिवार को एक लाख रुपये तक का अल्पकालीन ब्याज मुक्त ऋण एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिये उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि गोपालक किसान द्वारा ऋण का समय पर चुकारा करने पर किसी प्रकार का ब्याज नहीं देना होगा।
While launching the portal at a function organized at Nehru Sahakar Bhawan, Dak said that for the first time in the country, short term interest free loan up to one lakh rupees will be made available to cow rearing farmer families residing in rural areas of Rajasthan state for a period of one year. He said that if the cow rearing farmer repays the loan on time, no interest will have to be paid.
सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि गोपालक किसान परिवारों को गाय/भैंस के लिए शैड, खेली निर्माण एवं चारा/बांटा सहित आवश्यक उपकरण खरीदने के लिये पैसों की कमी रहती थी, जिससे वह गोपालन से मिल सकने वाला पूरा लाभ नहीं ले पाता था। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुये गोपालक किसान को ब्याज मुक्त ऋण की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है।
The Cooperative Minister said that the cow-rearing farmer families were short of money to build sheds, play houses and buy necessary equipment for cows/buffaloes including fodder/bun, due to which they were unable to take full advantage of cow-rearing. Keeping this in mind, the facility of interest-free loan has been made available to cow-rearing farmers.
दक ने कहा कि ऋण वितरण को पारदर्शी बनाने तथा गोपालक किसान परिवार को ऋण प्राप्त करने में किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो इसलिये ऋण आवेदन से लेकर स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से संपादित किया जायेगा। गोपालक किसान ई-मित्र केन्द्र या संबंधित ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समिति के माध्यम से ऋण के लिये आवेदन कर सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि गोपालक किसान को प्राथमिक दुग्ध उत्पादक सहकारी समिति का सदस्य होना अनिवार्य है।
Dak said that to make loan distribution transparent and to ensure that cow-rearing farmer families do not face any inconvenience in getting loan, the process from loan application to approval will be completed online. Cow-rearing farmers can apply for loan through e-Mitra Centre or the concerned Gram Seva Cooperative Society. He said that it is mandatory for a cow-rearing farmer to be a member of the primary milk producing cooperative society.
सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के अधिकाधिक गोपालक किसानों को गोपाल क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना के तहत ऋण उपलब्ध कराने के लिये दुग्ध संघ एवं केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में शिविरों का आयोजन किया जायेगा ताकि राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किये गये पांच लाख किसानों को ऋण उपलब्ध कराने के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त किया जा सके। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों से कहा कि योजना का अधिकाधिक लाभ पहुंचाने के लिये योजना का प्रचार-प्रसार किया जावे।
The Cooperative Minister said that camps will be organized under the joint aegis of the Milk Federation and Central Cooperative Banks to provide loans to maximum number of cow-rearing farmers of the state under the Gopal Credit Card Scheme so that the target of providing loans to five lakh farmers set by the State Government can be achieved. He told the officers present on the occasion that the scheme should be publicized to ensure maximum benefit of the scheme.
इस अवसर पर शासन सचिव, सहकारिता शुचि त्यागी, रजिस्ट्रार, सहकारिता अर्चना सिंह, प्रबंध निदेशक आरसीडीएफ सुषमा अरोडा, अतिरिक्त रजिस्ट्रार (प्रथम) राजीव लोचन शर्मा, प्रबंध निदेशक अपेक्स बैंक संजय पाठक सहित सहकारिता विभाग तथा आरसीडीएफ और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं संचार विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
On this occasion, Government Secretary, Cooperation Shuchi Tyagi, Registrar, Cooperation Archana Singh, Managing Director RCDF Sushma Arora, Additional Registrar (First) Rajiv Lochan Sharma, Managing Director Apex Bank Sanjay Pathak along with officials of Cooperative Department and RCDF and Information Technology and Communication Department were present.
